How do payments work?
The one-page website is A$450: an A$200 deposit after we agree the project, then A$250 after you approve the preview and before deployment. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly.
Can my website be updated after launch?
Yes. Optional monthly care is A$50, or a small occasional update is A$75. We agree the work before starting; larger changes are quoted separately.
Do I need a new domain?
You can use an existing domain or choose a new one for your business. We'll confirm the domain and hosting setup with you before launch. Any paid provider costs will be identified separately.
Can customers book through my website?
For appointment businesses, the proposed A$450 package includes basic setup with a suitable third-party free-plan booking service and a working link from your website. We agree the services, availability, provider suitability and setup scope before work starts. You can also keep an existing booking system. Staff and resource limits, reminders and paid features depend on the provider; vendor, messaging and payment-processing charges are separate. The demos illustrate the journey and are not live integrations.
What do I need to provide?
Your business name, services, business contact details and the words and images you have permission to use. We'll also decide the main action you'd like customers to take.
Are these examples real client websites?
No. Petal Nail Studio, Olive & Table, Sunday Home and Flowline Plumbing are fictional design concepts created to show different directions. Their sample interactions do not make bookings or send enquiries.
What if I have an app or workflow idea?
We can start by discussing the problem and what a useful first version might look like. Apps and workflow tools are a separate conversation, with feasibility, privacy and costs to be assessed before any build is agreed.
